Our day begins with a dedicated shuttle departing from London at 10:00, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed journey to Ascot. If you prefer to arrive independently, you are welcome to do so.

Once at Ascot, the day will follow the schedule below:

• 11:00 – Gates & Aurora Live Box open
• 12:15 – Seated Lunch in the Private Box
• 14:00 – First race
• 16:58 – Last race

From around 11:00, our private box will welcome you to enjoy an exclusive lunch with fellow peers while taking in the unique atmosphere of Royal Ascot.

Throughout the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of the race day from our private box, while also enjoying access to the grandstands for an even closer view of the action and the tradition of Ascot.

After a full day of networking, thrilling races, and premium hospitality, our dedicated shuttle will take you comfortably back to London.

Shuttle Information:

A shuttle service will be provided from a pickup point near London Waterloo Station, in front of The Old Vic Theatre, to Ascot Racecourse, departing at 10:00.

Please note that the official start time of the event refers to this shuttle departure.
Return shuttle service from Ascot Racecourse back to London Waterloo Station will depart at 18:00.

For those arriving directly at Ascot Racecourse, the box will open at 11:00.
Please use the Box Holders' Entrance. A guest list will be available under "Aurora Live", where you can collect your ticket by giving your name. Our box is located at Boxes 333–335

Parking:

Parking will be arranged for you at Ascot Car Park 3, located just across the street of Box Holders' Entrance.
The parking costs will be covered by us. 

Public Transport:

Ascot railway station is located approximately a 7-minute walk from the racecourse and provides convenient connections from London.
Direct trains run from London Waterloo Station, with a typical journey time of around 55 minutes.
