Body Composition Testing
During a personal one-on-one check, our coach takes you through a clear measurement on our advanced Tanita body composition scale. These measure muscle mass, fat mass, metabolic rate, metabolic age, and a range of additional body composition data.
After the measurement you will receive your personal results clear, structured, and practical. Our coach links the data directly to personalized advice, tailored to your energy levels, lifestyle, and daily demands. The result: a fast, concrete reality check.

Keynote: Designing for Sustainable Performance
Martin Hersman is a keynote speaker, author of Always Ready, former Olympic speed skater, and high performance coach. Drawing on more than 20 years in elite sport and over two decades in business leadership.
His core message is simple: performance is not accidental, it is designed. Many organizations expect focus while people are constantly interrupted. They expect resilience without recovery, and ownership without leaders setting the example. Martin challenges these assumptions and shows how leaders and teams can create the conditions for sustainable success.
