About this session

Develop your leadership capabilities through the exchange of experiences, insights, and strategic advice within our exclusive peer group for female leaders from Belgium’s leading companies. This closed and confidential forum is designed to foster meaningful dialogue, where members support one another in navigating leadership challenges, solving complex issues, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The peer group convenes virtually twice a year, in Q1 and Q4, complemented by an annual in-person Female Leadership Dinner, where we bring our female leaders together to strengthen connections and deepen relationships. These moments of physical and virtual connection create a strong, trusted network that extends beyond individual sessions.

Each virtual peer session is hosted by a prominent Belgian female leader from one of the country’s top companies. The host introduces a central leadership topic drawn from her own experience, setting the stage for an open and interactive discussion. Participants are encouraged to actively engage by sparring with peers, sharing real-life experiences and use cases, asking questions, and learning from diverse perspectives across industries.
