About this session

Welcome to Cx♀ Night, an exclusive, invite-only evening for women in leadership who are driving change across industries and functions.

This is not just a dinner. It is a carefully curated experience where insight and conversation unfold course by course, with genuine exchanges that go beyond titles and explore the realities of leadership.

At the heart of the evening, Ekaterina Emelianova, CFO of TradeXBank AG, will present “TUNA World: Leading without a Playbook.” When the world is turbulent, uncertain, novel, and ambiguous, leadership is no longer about having all the answers. It is about building the capacity to continuously learn what those answers might be.

Thoughtfully designed moments will create space to reflect on these ideas, challenge assumptions, share hard-won insights, and engage in meaningful dialogue with high-caliber peers who understand the unique pressures, decisions, and opportunities women in leadership face.

At its core, this evening is about more than expanding your network. It is about growing with it—and turning shared perspectives into real momentum.

Whether you want to exchange experiences, gain fresh perspectives, or build relationships that genuinely last, Cx♀ Night offers a rare blend of strategic depth, authenticity, and community in a sophisticated and trusted setting.

If you are ready to move beyond surface-level networking and explore what leadership demands in a world without a playbook, secure your seat for an unforgettable evening.
