In this second report of our State of Data Strategy series, we explore how European enterprises are putting their data strategies into action: what structures they rely on, how they manage quality and accountability, and how prepared they are for secure, scalable, cross-functional data use.

The insights are based on 171 responses from senior IT and data leaders across the Aurora Live network. Together, they form a picture of how companies are building trust in their data, embedding analytics into operations, and navigating evolving security risks.
