Around 11:00, our private box will open its doors, inviting you to enjoy an exclusive lunch with fellow peers while taking in the energy of the event. 

Throughout the afternoon, you will witness two thrilling races up close, with access to the grandstands offering a perfect vantage point to experience the tradition and excitement of Ascot. 

After a full day of networking, excitement, and premium hospitality, our shuttle will take you comfortably back to London.

LOGISTICS

Shuttle Information:

A shuttle service will be provided from London Waterloo Station to Ascot Racecourse, departing at 10:00. Please note that the official start time of the event refers to this shuttle departure.
Return shuttle services from Ascot Racecourse back to London Waterloo Station will depart at 16:00 and 18:00.

For those arriving directly at Ascot Racecourse, the box will open at 11:00.
We look forward to travelling to Ascot together with you.

Parking:

Parking will be arranged for you at Ascot Car Park 3, located just across the street of Ascot Racecourse.
The parking costs will be covered by us. 

Public Transport:

Ascot railway station is located approximately a 7-minute walk from the racecourse and provides convenient connections from London.
Direct trains run from London Waterloo Station, with a typical journey time of around 55 minutes.
