What is a Hosted Group Discussion? 

• A one-time, 1-hour session led by a member of the Aurora Live Network. 
• The host chooses a topic they are passionate about and have experience in, and begins with a short presentation designed to spark a meaningful conversation with other participants.
• The purpose of the session is for selected participants to come together to exchange ideas, perspectives, and personal experiences in an open and engaging environment.

Drawing from an extensive AI Maturity Assessment involving over 60 hours of cross-functional research conducted as part of my MBA thesis, this session explores how to bridge the gap between "startup agility" and the complexities of established corporate structures. We will discuss a "Back-Office First" approach that prioritises operational efficiency and risk mitigation over front-end experimentation.

Together, we will examine the blueprint for establishing a multi-disciplinary “Steering Committee”, securing non-traditional funding, and navigating the transition from a "Buy" to a "Build" strategy to drive sustainable, long-term ROI.
