About this session

Step into one of Helsinki’s most character-filled industrial spaces and unwind after work with an immersive distillery tour and tasting experience with Helsinki Distillery Company. 

Housed in a historic industrial building, the distillery carries decades of stories within its walls. Over the years, the space has served as a power plant, a soap factory, a meatball factory, a car wash, and even a wine cellar — before finding its current purpose as a modern distillery crafting premium whiskey and gin. 

The evening begins with a guided tour of the distillery, where guests are taken through the full production process. You’ll learn in detail how whiskey and gin are made.  

After the tour, guests are invited to a guided tasting session, featuring a curated selection of the distillery’s gins and whiskeys. The tasting offers insight into flavor profiles, production choices, and the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
