Engaging in quarterly gatherings with the changing constellation of members each time, with the aim to build collaborative relationships & support each other in facing challenges, solving problems, and identifying opportunities.

This edition will be hosted by David Wilson, Global Digital Transformation & Innovation Director at Kyowa Kirin International.

This Aurora Live session explores the Light, Shadow and Human choices of AI‑driven digital transformation. Using real examples from enterprise change, we’ll examine why the same AI technology can lead to radically different outcomes - efficiency or exhaustion, trust or mistrust, signal or noise.

The discussion focuses less on tools and more on people, process and leadership: how we redesign work around human value, build trust during disruption, avoid “pilot theatre,” and lead change in a way that strengthens teams rather than overwhelms them.
The aim is practical, peer‑level insight into how leaders can harness AI as a positive change agent - with people, not to them.

To make this practical, please come ready with: (1) one example where AI improved outcomes, and (2) one example where it created friction, risk, or extra work.
