How is your sales and marketing team structured? How have you integrated the two functions?
We are a relatively small company in Finland. We have 120 people here, with four people in sales, including me and three others, and then we have one marketing manager. Our marketing largely occurs in these 1-to-1 meetings that Aurora Live provides. The marketing team supports us in digital marketing and on LinkedIn, but the sales team mainly does the groundwork for traditional marketing.
