Led by Ludwig Tjörnemo – Chef of the Year 2020 and winner of Bocuse d’Or Sweden 2025. In an open kitchen setting, Ludwig will craft a bespoke three-course menu while sharing insights on innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Guests can observe his process. With experience from world-renowned restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, AOC, Operakällaren, and Etoile, Ludwig combines technical excellence with deep respect for Nordic ingredients.
