Program Overview: 

DEXA Body Scan
A DEXA body composition test is a fast bodyscan that provides a precise breakdown of muscle mass, body fat, and bone density. It’s valuable because it provides highly accurate, objective data to track health, fitness progress, and metabolic risk beyond what a scale can show.

Wellness Lecture: High Performance Leadership 
The visit also includes a workshop by Josefine Asklöf, who will share perspectives from working in elite performance environments, connecting leadership, health, and long-term capacity to perform under pressure. This experience is designed for leaders who understand that sustained impact requires energy, clarity, and physical robustness, and who are curious about how the methodologies of elite sport can inform executive performance and longevity. 

Additional Services 
Beyond the tests, we will explore Bosön’s world-class facilities dedicated to national team and Olympic preparation, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how peak performance ecosystems are designed and operated. Breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided.
