The EU Cyber Resilience Act will apply to manufacturers of products (IT and OT) with digital elements (e.g., software or firmware) from 11 December 2027, with reporting obligations starting on 11 September 2026.

This discussion will touch on topics such as applicability, requirement interpretations, and implementation in different industries. The session will be hosted by Kenneth Solberg, who has a technical background in public infrastructure, telecom, and maritime, and plays a central role in interpreting the EU Cyber Resilience Act within the context of the European maritime sector while representing one of the largest vendors in Norway.
