For the first session, the focus will be on getting to know each other and defining a roadmap for future gatherings.
Proposed focus of the first meeting:
- Introduction round: sector, regulatory environment, and key priorities
- Current challenges and topics of interest (e.g. SOC/IR, DORA, budget, cloud, AI, third-party risk, awareness, OT/IoT, BCM)
- Agreement on format, cadence, and hosting rotation
- Exchange formats between meetings
