About CxO Connection | Neurodiverse Leadership: Unlocking the Hidden Advantage to Outthink, Outpace & Outperform

Imagine an evening where exclusive networking, fresh insights, and business opportunities come together in a setting designed for meaningful executive connections.

CxO Connection is an exclusive networking dinner that brings together top decision-makers from across industries and functions — creating a unique environment to connect with the leaders shaping today’s business landscape.

The evening follows a distinctive format: each course is paired with an inspiring keynote from a renowned expert, introducing new perspectives and sparking engaging conversations around the table. The combination of fine dining, thought leadership, and carefully curated networking creates an experience where valuable connections happen naturally.

In this session, Saskia Schepers — a leading expert on neurodiversity and bestselling author of “When All Minds Thrive: The Competitive Advantage of Neurodiversity in the Workplace” — will show you how to diagnose thinking-style gaps, activate untapped talent, and embed cognitive diversity into your decision-making, driving measurable gains in speed, innovation, and market impact.

During this session, Saskia will share practical insights on:
✔️ Identifying thinking-style gaps within leadership teams
✔️ Leveraging cognitive diversity for faster, smarter decision-making
✔️ Transforming inclusion from a compliance requirement into a performance driver
✔️ Embedding neurodiversity into your organization's competitive strategy
