Welcome to an unforgettable networking experience at the renowned Bisley Shooting Ground! 

This exclusive event brings Tech-Leaders from all backgrounds together for an afternoon and evening that combines focus, teamwork, and meaningful connection in a distinctive outdoor setting. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, hands-on activity, and premium hospitality throughout the day. 

 

Welcoming at Bisley Shooting Ground (13:30–15:00) 

  • Tea and light lunch - Welcoming by Aurora Live 

Shooting Experience (15:00–17:00) 

At 15:00, guests will be divided into small teams, each accompanied by an expert instructor. 

  • Shooting commences with 50 cartridges per person, including full tuition from professional instructors—ideal for beginners and experienced shooters alike. 
  • 16:30 – A 25-cartridge team flush, adding a fun, competitive team element to the experience. 
  • 17:00 – Return to the Club House Bar to enjoy a well-earned drink and informal conversation. 

Dinner & Evening Program (17:30 - 20:00)

  • 17:30 – A three-course dinner is served in the dining room.

Dress Code & Equipment 

We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for a countryside walk. As you’ll be walking through woodland to reach different shooting stands, sturdy footwear is highly recommended. Open-toed shoes and high heels are not suitable. 
All shooting equipment is provided on site, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience. 

 

Q&A – Good to Know 

Do I need to have experience shooting? 
No experience is required. These events are suitable for everyone—from complete novices to seasoned pros. Our expert instructors provide full tuition to ensure everyone is safe, comfortable, and confidently hitting clays. 

What happens if it rains? 
Clay shooting is an outdoor sport and continues in all weather conditions, except in the case of lightning, which will be assessed on the day for safety reasons. 

Is protective equipment provided? 
Yes. Ear and eye protection (compulsory on the shooting ground) will be provided. 

Can I bring my own gun? 
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own gun if they wish. 

Is there parking onsite? 
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
