This evening, Swiss alpinist and record-breaking mountaineer Nicolas Hojac shares three concise impulses around one central question:
How do you prepare for ambitious goals, build trust when the stakes are high and find the courage to move beyond your comfort zone?

Nicolas knows what it takes to perform in demanding environments. Together with Ueli Steck, he set a team speed record on the Eiger North Face. In 2025, he and Philipp Brugger climbed the north faces of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau in just 15 hours and 30 minutes, breaking a record that had stood for over two decades.

In three focused 10-minute talks, he explores why success begins long before the first step, how individuals become a team that can depend on one another, and what drives us to explore new horizons. Drawing on personal experiences from the mountains, Nicolas offers perspectives on preparation, shared responsibility and motivation – creating space for reflection and conversation about the challenges we face as leaders.
