About this session
IndustryForum Manufacturing is an invitation-only meeting place for leaders shaping the future of Danish industry. The forum brings together decision-makers within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, IT, OT, digitalisation, cybersecurity and strategy for a day with a clear focus on practical insights, concrete examples from industry and exchange of experiences.
Danish industry is going through a period of significant change. Rising costs, geopolitical uncertainty, pressure on energy availability and grid capacity, cyber threats, changing customer demands and shortages of critical skills are challenging established operating models. At the same time, artificial intelligence, automation and increasingly connected production environments are creating new opportunities to improve productivity, flexibility and competitiveness. The question is no longer whether industrial companies need to adapt, but rather where to invest, how to scale and how to create measurable business value.
Together, we explore how industrial companies can increase productivity, safeguard continuity of operations and make their operations more adaptable – while maintaining the speed, quality and cost competitiveness required to succeed in global markets.
The program addresses some of the most important challenges and opportunities facing industrial leaders today:
- Productivity and future-ready operations: How can industrial companies reduce unit costs, make better use of production assets and increase output without relying on increased staffing?
- The industrial workforce of the future: Automation and AI are changing roles, skills requirements and ways of working.
- Industrial cybersecurity and operational continuity: As factories become more connected, cyber risk increasingly becomes a production risk as well.
- Resilient supply chains in a fragmented world: Geopolitical tensions, tariffs and supplier dependencies are reshaping industrial value chains.
- Energy, electrification and industrial competitiveness: Access to affordable energy and sufficient grid capacity is becoming increasingly strategically important for Danish industry.
IndustryForum Manufacturing is designed for leaders who do not simply react to change, but actively build the next generation of Danish industrial operations.
Meet fellow industrial leaders for a day of open and candid discussions, practical learning and valuable connections – and take away new perspectives on how to make your operations more productive, secure and resilient.
